Refund and Returns Policy
Our returns and refunds policy aims to provide clarity and transparency to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining efficiency in our processes. You may request a return or refund within 10 days of your purchase. After 10 days, we regret that we cannot process returns or refunds for any item.
To qualify for a return, items must be in unused, resalable condition, complete with the original packaging. Books and related products must not display any signs of wear or usage, such as bent pages, annotations, or damage.
Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:
- Digital products, such as eBooks or downloadable content.
- Gift cards and vouchers.
- Clearance and sale items.
For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns of perishable goods, intimate items, or products classified as hazardous materials.
Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is mandatory for all return requests. Please do not send returns directly to the manufacturer or distributor unless otherwise instructed.
Refund Process

Partial Refunds

- CDs, DVDs, or other media that have been opened.
- Items not returned in their original condition, missing parts, or damaged for reasons not caused by WWP.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the specified timeframe:

- Contact your credit card company to confirm the status of the refund.

Defective or Damaged Items
We are happy to exchange items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival. To initiate an exchange, please contact our support team within 10 days of receiving the product. Include details of the issue along with a photograph of the defective or damaged item for verification.
If approved, you may return the item to our specified address. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
Exchange for the Same Item
Exchanges are only applicable for the exact item originally purchased. If the requested item is no longer in stock, you may choose between a refund or store credit equal to the item’s original purchase price.
Conditions for Exchange
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all accompanying materials or inserts.
- The product must not show any signs of use beyond the defect or damage reported.
Returns for Gift Purchases
If an item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may return it for store credit equal to the value of the item. Once the returned item is received and approved, a gift card will be issued to you via email or physical mail, depending on your preference.
If the item was not marked as a gift during purchase, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to later give to you, we will issue the refund to the original purchaser. They will be notified of the return process and refund details.
Gift Receipts
To process a gift return, proof of purchase or a gift receipt must be provided. Gift returns must meet all other conditions outlined in our returns and refunds policy, including eligibility within the 10-day return window.
